On the seaside bluff in the heart of downtown Clearwater, close to the best public library, and across from Island Estates, the City of Clearwater holds the annual Clearwater Jazz Festival. With its own commercial center, post office, gas station, banks, and fantastic restaurants, Island Estates is a distinctive waterfront neighborhood.
