About Marlene Brown

Marlene Brown moved to Largo, Florida with her husband, relocating from the Beach Town of Ocean City, Maryland. Before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, she was a Title Insurance professional for over 40 years, conducting real estate closings, and managing and underwriting title insurance. She believes that "It's all in the details" and that details are what make every transaction come together.

 

Marlene enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter, and grandchildren, going to the beach, reading, and bowling. Marlene has strong family ties to the military. Her husband served in the Navy, her father-in-law was retired from the Navy and her father served in the Army, as did many other family members. Her family has also been involved over many years with the Volunteer Fire Service.
